Made to Order Products Because every Between the Beats product is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us at hello@betweenthebeats.co within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Address If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours your order has likely entered production and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
